Equate Antiseptic Mouthwash Cool Citrus

As every other mouthwash, it should be used in the morning, after meals, and before social engagements. As per instructions, gargle or rinse mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds.

Now, I don’t want to be a party pooper, but how do you gargle mouthwash when your mouth is on fire? Seriously? I can last for 10 seconds the most, and that’s about it. You see, I’m under the impression that Equate brand is Wal-Mart brand, so I bought this mouthwash thinking they probably copied Scope. I decided to try it on, as I’m compulsive shopper and I need to have different thing every time.

Anyway, this mouthwash was so disappointing as it tasted like Listerine! I don’t like Listerine and I never will. I understand, Listerine has that antiseptic agent, and that’s fine, but I prefer Scope much more.

As for the Cool Citrus taste, I would probably like it much better if it wasn’t antiseptic. Therefore, due to burning sensation in my mouth I give this mouthwash poor rating, but I would give the same to Listerine. Therefore, I you’re Listerine lover, this product is right for you! I you, however, prefer Scope mouthwash, do not buy Equate, as you will be disappointed!Â
